Tryst Festival Parade!

Led by Voluntary Arts' Epic Awards People's Choice award Forth Bridges Accordion Band (pictured right) Falkirk's Tryst Festival kicked off with a small but enthusiastically devoted parade through Falkirk High Street on the 11th of May 2013.

Constructed entirely from members of various amateur art groups, the viewer was given a slight peek at what's to be expected during this year's Tryst Festival. classic music, fine art, drama and dancing to name a few. For upcoming events during the Tryst Festival please visit the What's On section of [Untitled]

Distracting people from their shopping and drawing out shop workers, the parade provided a rare break and sound to a dull wet day on Falkirk's High Street, resulting in a full High Street exposed to what Falkirk has to offer across the arts. A fine, fun and flamboyant display that will surely see the seats filled at the upcoming events. Falkirk Festival Chorus' performance of The Armed Man at Falkirk Town Hall tomorrow begins a month long program of exciting events.
